On the sands, Amberyl yelps!

R'kon says "Ah. See, no one ever tells me anything."
J'shua says "That poor blue..."
G'ravon grins. "G'est? :)
Lucas says "How many candidates are there for this hatching?"
J'lan chuckles
Keller has arrived.
J'shua hugs Jelara, imagining what the blue must be feeling. "Lost, confused,
  alone..."
Jelara walks down the steps, going over to the egg mound.
On the sands, Jelara comes down from the galleries.
R'kon says "Thirteenish."
Miritha giggles. "I like that, G'ravon."
Talea waves happily to the crowd, and looks for someone to sit with.
Ambar says "I heard ten candidates, myself."
Guest#1 has arrived.

On the sands, Amberyl gives the dragonet a somewhat hesitant look. "Um,
  T'lean... where are the candidates?"

J'shua says "Jelara?!?!"
Annalyn wants to know what the blue looks like. Could a wizard give us the
  @desc?
Gwyneth says "Talea over here dear."
Taliesyn waves at Talea.
Mikal holds back a chuckle, "Not funny, G'ravon..."
Annalyn says "I heard 12 from Amberyl."

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet looks around in confusion.

Camille arrives out of between and makes a tidy landing.
Guest finds an empty seat.

On the sands, This little fellow practically ricochets off walls. He doesn't
  so much walk as hop across the sands, bouncing cutely around to glance at
  each candidate in turn. His eyes whirl brightly; this blue dragonet doesn't
  waste time dreaming of future flight, when he can be playing in the Hatching
  Grounds, kicking up sand into the faces of the more serious-looking
  candidates!

Gwyneth says "I've got 13 in my list."
Guest#1 is back. :)
A firelizard appears, drops off a message for Rosse, and disappears into
  'between'.

On the sands, T'lean says "The candidate room..."
On the sands, Jelara says "Whoopse, I was trying to look at them... not go
  down there."

Rosse blinks.
Lissabet has arrived.
J'lan shrugs "There are bound to be no shows I'm sure.
Talea sits down next to Auntie Gwyneth, and looks eager ly at the sands.

On the sands, T'lean says "They're coming...."
On the sands, Retill marches out onto the Hatching Grounds.

On the sands, Amberyl says "Jeniath, PLEASE tell Ralth to tell his rider to
  bring the candidates in right now???"

J'shua chuckles. "So my weyrmate is a little scatter brained. Maybe she'll
  impress be accident."

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet blinks at all the new arrivals. Oh good.

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet hops around looking at everybody. Boy, this
  is neat.

Jelara bleahs bleahs bleahs and turns bright red... that was really an
  accident, Im sorry.

On the sands, Kyla looks at the assembled crowds and the dragonet, and feels
  faint.

On the sands, Palaven bows deeply to Jeniath and watches the dragonet closely.

J'shua hugs Jelara and sets her on his lap again. "Love, you're a goof. ;)"

Jelara admits to being a goof, and goes and hides her head for then next hour
  or so.

On the sands, Palaven smiles at the blues contagious happiness.

Miritha blinks at blue. "That blue reminds me of Farlioth."

On the sands, Selene bows quietly to the Weyrwoman and Jeniath, and takes her
  place in the semi-circle

Pyotr grows ears and can now hear.

Miritha grins. "No, Uncamik, playful. Very, very playful. He bounced around
  and kicked sand over the Candidates too. :-)"
Guest has disconnected.

On the sands, Palaven obliginly falls down on the sand, rolling

Shiris eats Pyotr before he can munch on her..:)

  trying to hatch

On the sands, Krystlin shifts slightly from foot to foot, watching the blue
  and chuckling.
On the sands, Fahlan simply watches, a faint sheen of sweat on his brow. His
  feet shift a little, unconsciously.

Jelara has disconnected.
Uncamik This is somewhat more orderly than a FL hatching...thank goodness.

On the sands, Falryx laughs, then blinks and covers his mouth, eyes winking
  with mirth.

J'shua erps!

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet bugles cheerfully, rolling up to another
  egg and butting at it with his nose.
On the sands, Kyla suddenly laughs gaily at the blue and decides that she
  might grow to like his energy. "Hello, little one."

Natira smiles in delight.
Jellan thinks it helps to only have a few people emoting at the eggs. :)

On the sands, Retill projects playful love towards the dragonet.

Fasse cheers on Falryx for no particular reason :)
Miritha grins. "Perhaps for us, Uncamik, but for them..."

On the sands, Palaven stands up and brushes sand off his previously white
  tunic, grinning.
On the sands, Walnut brown egg suddenly twitches. Shudders pass through it,
  then it ceases to move.
On the sands, Selene silently concentrates on projecting a loving, warm
  welcome.

Uncamik grins and nods at Miritha, conceding the point.
S'xon cheers for Selene, for good reason. :)
Miritha mutters something about projecting to eggs.

Carelia watches the events on the sands curiously, fingering chords
  unconsciously on her knee.

Talea kicks her heels against the stone ledge, and then stands up and cheers
  for Auntie Krys.

  from the blue, becoming a spinning white breeze.

J'lan shushes Miritha so he can watch.

Ambar looks aghast for a moment, and then Shuts Her Mouth.
Gwyneth says "Well thats new.."

Shiris looks a bit nonplussed.
Jellan laughs.
Fasse says "Well, thats one way to get attention."
Mikal shrugs, "Originality counts, right?"

On the sands, Kiriana projects, warmth strength and love to all the eggs

R'kon says "And now for something completely different."
Uncamik chuckles, amazed. "Whatever works."
Annalyn says "I've seen humming and singing... why not dancing? :-)"
Ambar says "But is it the kind of attention you WANT, Fasse?"

On the sands, F'lor wonders wether Amberyl wants something for her fainting
  spells.
On the sands, Falryx blushes with the realization that he's watching Kyla and
  not the dragon, and looks out over the sands.

Shiris says "We were told to pick a place and stay there..*shrug*"
Prethyn shakes his head and grins.

On the sands, Kyla spares a faint smile for Falryx and gracefully dips.

Fasse says "I didn't say it was good, I just said its a way to get attention,
  *shrug.*"
Uncamik says "Ah, but it's not what Fasse, wants...it's what the little BLUE
  wants...maybe the blue LIKES dancing."
Shandra refrains from the Boring Old Fogey Remark.

On the sands, Thryla moves aside to give Kyla the room she needs for dancing.
On the sands, Grendel watches the blue dragonet, notwanting to get in his way
  as he bounces about.
On the sands, Plum purple egg wobbles, spins, then suddenly stops
On the sands, Berry blue egg begins to rock slowly.

Miritha doesn't remember what they were told, except not to spam, of course.
  She was a little too dazed to remember longer than it took to get through
  the Hatching. :-)
Danette grins at Shandra and goes back to watching the sands
Ambar merely looks appalled quietly.

On the sands, Wheat gold egg tilts over, and then rolls contemplatively down
  the mound.

Melodia doesn't comment, nope nope ;)

On the sands, Kiriana projects help and love to the gold egg

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet looks bored. How come nobody wants to play

  shoulder, then lets the hand drop... Sioll is not with him. He eyes the eggs
  wordlessly.

R'kon says "Just don't ask..."
J'lan was to nervous to spam when he Impressed :)
Shiris says "If you're weaving about dancing, then how can you make eye
  contact with a dragon? *shrug*"
Maronal says "You think about where you roll, I guess. :)"

On the sands, Palaven smiles at the blue, "Play after you've chosen a friend."

Danette nods to J'lan. "Same here"

On the sands, Pale almond egg rolls in a little circle.
On the sands, Krystlin smiles at the blue, assured that he will choose when
  he's ready and chuckles at his antics.
On the sands, Retill takes a careful step toward the blue dragonet.
On the sands, Kyla pirouettes in spirals until she is quite close to the blue,
  and tries to project her energy and vitality at the blue.

Miritha grins. "Me too, J'lan. :-) R'kon, I was _very_ glad it was fairly
  short, but it _felt_ like forever. :-)"

On the sands, Bouncy blue dragonet can't choose a friend that doesn't want to
  play with him!

Jessamyn sighs. "Impression must be wonderful...but I can understand how it
  would be very nerve-wracking. :)"

  doesn't collapse.

  Kyriath's clutch's hatching. Anyone?

On the sands, Palaven sits quietly on the sand, building a sand hold, watching
  the blue carefully.

  chocolate brown of most dragons, his hide is still healthy-looking, nearly
  bronze, and glistening smooth. Nearly as large as a bronze hatchling might
  be, he struts proudly about the sands, looking for just the right person to
  be his companion and food-giver for the rest of his life.

  clumsy. He seems to have his claws, wings, and tails entangled constantly --
  the moment he frees himself, he stumbles forward again and manages to tie
  himself into a pretzel. He butts insistently at the knees of the candidates,
  looking into the eyes of each.

On the sands, This dragonet is an extremely dark shade of green, although when
  the light touches her just right, her smooth hide appears to be almost
  mottled. She's of average size, with the usual hungry-for-food and
  eager-to-find-a-lifemate look in her eyes. She opens her maw and CROONS to
  the candidates, although you're not sure if that indicates her pleasure at
  the sight of young faces, or her anxiety to cram as much food down her
  throat as she possibly can, as soon as possible.

Shallana got unceremoniously dumped by her machine.
Vianda says "UHGGGGG!!!"

  hatchling waddle, while still ungainly, nevertheless has a certain arrogant
  pride, and he glances disdainfully at the others on the sands. Even when he
  trips and falls flat into the sands, he manages to pick himself up with
  dignity and continue surveying the faces of the candidates for just the
  right one. You can almost see the thoughts whirling in his eyes... this
  one's going to be talkative.
